As the company do not have credit terms from their suppliers and all their purchases are on Cash-on-Delivery terms, they need funds upfront to make payments for their purchases. The peak period for their business is in the 3rd quarter of every year where they will experience high orders from their clients. The funds will be used to purchase materials from their suppliers to manufacture the uniforms.

The company is in the business of manufacturing and distributing clothing and uniforms. Their clients include schools and departmental stores.
